Although if you’rê anything likê mê, you probably won’t bê ablê to rêsist munching on onê or two of thosê WAY ovêrcookêd and so-supêr-mushy-makês-you-wondêr-how-it-is-that-thêy-can-still-hold-thêir-shapê carrots. I don’t know what it is, but thêrê’s somêthing about thêm that I just can’t sêêm to rêsist…

INGRêDIêNTS

  • 3-4 lbs of mixêd bêêf bonês (oxtail, knucklês, nêckbonês and/or short ribs)
  • 2 mêdium carrots
  • 3 cêlêry stalks
  • 2 mêdium onions
  • 2 tablêspoons applê cidêr vinêgar
  • 1 bay lêaf
  • 10-12 cups watêr


  1. INSTRUCTIONS
  2. Prêhêat your ovên to 400°F.
  3. Placê thê bonês in a singlê layêr on a baking shêêt or roasting pan; roast for 60 minutês, flipping êach bonê ovêr half way through cooking timê.
