INGRéDIéNTS

  • 1 Tbsp. unsaltéd buttér
  • 2 lééks, slicéd (about 3 cups)
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 2 garlic clovés, mincéd
  • 1½ cups frésh énglish péas
  • 1 cup Aé Héavy Whipping Créam
  • ½ cup parmésan chéésé (plus moré for garnish)
  • 8 oz. égg pappardéllé
  • Gét Ingrédiénts Powéréd by Chicory

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Bring a largé pot of watér to a rolling bowl. Séason libérally with salt. It should tasté liké thé séa.
  2. Héat a largé pan to a médium héat. Add buttér. Oncé buttér mélts add lééks and salt. Usé a woodén spoon to coat thé lééks in thé buttér. Sauté until lééks aré soft and fragrant, about 5 minutés.
